PREMIER LEAGUE DARTS IN BERLIN KICKS OFF ONE HOUR EARLIER THAN USUAL

PREMIER LEAGUE DARTS IN BERLIN KICKS OFF ONE HOUR EARLIER THAN USUAL

Premier League Darts fans should note an unusual start time for Night Eight of the 2026 season on Thursday, 26 March 2026. The action at the Uber Arena in Berlin will begin one hour earlier than usual, with the first quarterfinal thrown at 6:00 PM instead of the customary 7:00 PM start. The change relates to organization in Germany, a shift that happens more often when the competition is staged outside the United Kingdom.

As the season moves toward its decisive phase, points are becoming increasingly important, with the top four after sixteen nights qualifying for the play-offs. The early start in Berlin could influence the flow of the evening for both players and fans. The winner of the night will claim the customary £10,000 bonus.

On Night Eight, players are paired based on their current standings. Leader Jonny Clayton, who tops the table on nineteen points, faces bottom-placed Josh Rock, who remains scoreless. Luke Humphries, sitting fourth on eleven points, locks horns with Michael van Gerwen, who is just outside the top four on ten points. Two-time world champion Luke Littler, second on sixteen points, takes on Stephen Bunting, who has seven points. Gerwyn Price, third on twelve points, meets Gian van Veen, who has nine points.

The schedule in Berlin is as follows: Jonny Clayton vs. Josh Rock at 6:15 PM, Luke Humphries vs. Michael van Gerwen at 6:45 PM, Luke Littler vs. Stephen Bunting at 7:15 PM, and Gerwyn Price vs. Gian van Veen at 7:45 PM. The semifinals are set for 8:15 PM and 8:45 PM, with the final scheduled for 9:15 PM.
