Jonny Clayton has solidified his position at the top of the Premier League Darts table after securing his second nightly win of the season in Nottingham. The Welshman defeated Luke Humphries 6-1 in the final at the Motorpoint Arena on Thursday, March 12, with a 99.59 average to Humphries' 97.56. This victory extends Clayton's lead, as he now sits on 19 points after six nights, having won 11 matches and two nightly titles.

Luke Littler rose to second place in the standings following Night Six, despite falling to Humphries 6-5 in a semi-final thriller where Humphries averaged 105.71 to Littler's 101.31. Littler, who has one nightly win and five match victories, holds 11 points. The current table after Night Six shows Gerwyn Price third with 9 points, tied with Gian van Veen and Luke Humphries, while Michael van Gerwen is sixth with 8 points, Stephen Bunting seventh with 7, and Josh Rock eighth with 0.

The Premier League Darts 2026 season runs from February 5 to May 28, featuring 17 nights across venues including Newcastle, Antwerp, Glasgow, Belfast, Cardiff, Nottingham, Dublin, Berlin, Manchester, Brighton, Rotterdam, Liverpool, Aberdeen, Leeds, Birmingham, Sheffield, and London for the finals. The eight-player field includes defending champion Luke Humphries, Luke Littler, Michael van Gerwen, Gian van Veen, Jonny Clayton, Stephen Bunting, Josh Rock, and Gerwyn Price. Prize money for the tournament totals £1,250,000, with the champion earning £350,000, the runner-up £170,000, semi-finalists £110,000, and nightly winners £10,000.
